1. Shipping
We deliver luxury directly to your home. Every transaction will generate an order log, synced automatically to logistics partners (Shiprocket, etc.).
2. Dispatch Timeline
Dispatches are completed within 24 to 48 business hours from our central warehouse. Standard express delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on location.
3. Delivery Address & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Our logistics partner may make one or more delivery attempts at the provided address. Customers are requested to remain available at the delivery address and provide any information reasonably required by the courier for successful delivery. If a shipment is returned to Saajbynidhi because of repeated failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details or refusal of delivery, additional shipping or handling charges may apply where permitted.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, Saajbynidhi will work with the logistics provider and customer to determine an appropriate resolution. If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the condition of the package and contacting us as soon as possible. Photographs or videos of the package, shipping label and product may be requested for verification.
Track Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through the contact details provided during checkout. You may use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment through the applicable logistics provider.
